His father died in April 6, 2013, leaving him, his mother and two older siblings behind. He was 4 years when it happened. After that, his father’s family abandoned them. There was no source of support. They depended on his mother’s income as a hairstylist to survive. As the burden increased, with no source of support, she turned to the banks for loans to grow her business. She went to her husband’s family recently to sell the two lands her children inherited to support her family but her husband’s family did not allow it.

 

Ikechukwu attends Hiktaos International School Ajiran. His school fees per term is the sum of 35,000.
